As the leading Authorized Dealer for Frontier Communications services in the Tampa region, our number one priority is our relationship with our consumers. We are seeking an Entry Level Account Representative who will represent this national brand to the highest standard by making customer satisfaction their main priority with a focus on creating interpersonal connections with every one of our consumers. The core responsibility of this position will be to connect with pre-qualified customers eligible for Frontier Communication services, present them with potential service solutions, and facilitate the enrollment process for those interested. We believe the quality of the products sells themselves, so the focus of the role is not sales, but a quality customer experience that builds value and brand loyalty. The effort we put in to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services is what forged such a strong partnership with the multitude of nationally recognized companies we represent.

The Entry Level Account Representative is the main point of contact for our consumers, so if you find passion in personal interaction then you may be a great fit for the role. Being the direct point of contact, the main objective of the Entry Level Account Representative is to personalize any interaction with our customers. As opposed to sending a letter in the mail, we have found that a hands-on perspective and tailored conversation specific to individual needs is the most efficient method to assist our clientele

**Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact between the customer and our company and make sure there is a clear communication line to help identify pain points and potential solutions with Frontier Communications Services
- Represent the Frontier Communications brand with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy
- Execute account enrollments and close client transactions efficiently and with a high level of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries with a friendly and inviting tone to ease the transaction overall and finalize potential sales
- Exchange feedback with our account managers from a firsthand perspective to further improve the company and adjust to different sales and consulting techniques
- Absorb valuable company information such as product knowledge, consumer trends, and the overall history & goals of the client to fully be able to promote it

**Entry Level Account Representative Requirements**:

- 1+ years of work experience in an account management, customer support, or sales role
- Proficient communication and people skills
- Passion for relationship building in a professional business setting
- Multi-tasking ability in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations
- An upbeat attitude that matches and motivates other entry-level co-workers
- A student mentality that implements constructive criticism and uses it to develop their skills
- The willingness and motivation to go beyond expectations and exceed standards

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
