**UN**COMN** is seeking a** Software Developer **to:

- Utilize Visual Studio for development tasks.
- Use version control systems like BitBucket/Git for code management.
- Configure and utilize Jenkins for continuous integration tasks and manage artifacts with Artifactory.
- Conduct software testing using tools like Robot, Python, and Selenium.
- Maintain accurate documentation of development processes and procedures.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and technologies while maintaining productivity.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Requirements**:

- Microsoft Windows Server experience including Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS),.NET Framework, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Domain Name Service (DNS), Visual Studio, C#, and VB.NET.
- Prior JavaScript exposure with knowledge of Tectia SSH, Jenkins, BitBucket/Git, and Artifactory.
- Prior testing experience with exposure to Robot, Python, and/or Selenium.
- Exposure to project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to think strategically about complex technical challenges.
- Must be adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.**Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or related.**Must hold an active Agile Developer or Certified Scrum Developer certification.**
- **Must obtain the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification within 90 days of starting.**:

- **Must hold an active, fully adjudicated Secret clearance, granted by the US Government.**

**Preferred**- Prior experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) software testing and/or developing automated software tests.-
- Prior experience in Agile Scrum Master training and/or an active CSM certification.-
- Exposure to Coverity scanning.-
- Understanding of AWS services like CloudFormation, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2), Elastic File Storage (EFS), Simple Storage Service (S3), and CodeDeploy.**NOTE**:This position is contingent upon contract award.
