The Web Extreme Entertainment is hiring a part time (20-25 hours/week) or full time shift manager (30-40 hours/week).

Job responsibilities include:
- Delegate tasks to employees on shift
- Track daily costs and revenues
- Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
- Balance the cash registers at the end of the shift
- Open or close the building (when responsible for the first or last shift)
- Report maintenance or training needs
- Arrange to have shifts covered (when employees call off)
- Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges

Requirements for candidate to be considered:
- Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a business that handles hundreds of customers at a time
- Night and weekend availability is a must
- Basic math and bookkeeping ability
- A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team management abilities
- Restaurant experience a plus but not required

Pay starting at $14.00/hr but is negotiable based on work experience and will increase if additional responsibilities are taken on. Candidates must be 21+ because we have a full liquor license and you will need to serve basic alcoholic drinks to customers.
