**Radiology Tech Position Summary**

**THE RADIOLOGY TECH CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.**

**MINIMUM EDUCATION**:Completion of JRCERT approved formal program in Radiologic Technology.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:Minimum six-(6) months clinical experience.

**REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE**:Current American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), CPR.

**SPECIAL SKILLS**: Good verbal communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff.

**SUPERVISES**:Functional supervision will be exercised over students.
