**Urgently Hiring** - Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Mitigation Team
- Dry Force is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial MICA Coordinator. The Commercial MICA Coordinator will primarily work within the MICA platform, assisting with various administrative tasks related to the restoration process. This is an in-office position located in Houston, TX, with the flexibility to work weekend hours from home after training has been completed.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Utilize the MICA restoration software to audit restoration projects, including water damage, and mold remediation for accuracy and completion.
- Coordinate with field technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the other MICA Coordinator to ensure seamless coverage and support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Create Xactimate estimates from MICA field reports.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry or similar field preferred.
- Proficiency with the MICA restoration software by Next Gear Solutions or similar project management software is highly desirable.
- IICRC WRT & ASD certifications preferred.
- Xactimate Level 1 preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and process multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and occasional evening hours as needed.
