**Core Job Responsibilities: Outbound calling and Inbound receipt of calls to and from prospects and existing customers to increase sales and provide superlative service**

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Meet required monthly sales goals
- Communication - Routinely communicate with management personnel in regards to identified trends and or customer requests Maintain current customer relations through regular contact
- Excellent customer service skills, Knowledge of sales skills and techniques Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals Computer literate Internet and technical savvy Professional written and oral communication abilities Positive attitude - deeply focused on being part of a growing sales organization.

**Hourly plus monthly commission pay**

**Must be able to work 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday**

Show a stable work history, must be reliable

Pay: $37,000.00 - $47,000.00 per hour
