**Typical Day**:

- Use your skills to support maximum independence, improve the quality of life for your client, advising the office team of any change in conditions
- Assist the client in all activities of daily living (ADL's)
- Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping and transportation
- Engage the client, keeping them active and social

**Job Requirements**:

- Have a proven track record of being reliable and on-time
- Patient, kind, calm, composed and uses good judgment
- Proficiency on a smart phone
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Can pass criminal, drug and driving background check and provide references
- HHA, PCA, CNA, LPN, RN,or GNA Certification preferred (but other experience may be considered also)
