Make Ready Coordinator/assistant Project Manager

We are a property management company with 500+ properties in Delaware County looking for a full-time Make Ready Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to oversee renovations and make ready repairs for newly acquired properties and unit turns.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Schedules all make ready activities required to prepare a home as rent ready
- Inspect vacant properties within 48 hours of move out date and complete checklists to assist in determining scope of work
- Review estimates from vendors/contractors and submit to owners for approval
- Assign work orders to internal maintenance tech or contractors/vendors and monitor progress through completion
- Inspect properties to check progress and ensure satisfactory quality of work
- Review, approve and code invoices signifying work was satisfactorily completed
- Upload all documentation (contracts, estimates, pictures) into workflow management systems
- Ensures the timely and accurate input of all information (e.g. budgets, completion dates, etc.) into workflow management systems
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products, including Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to hold vendors accountable to project timelines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
