Globally, we operate motorhome rental and sales operations in the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, UK & Europe, South Africa and Japan.

As the parts warehouse clerk, the main responsibility is to process parts orders from our different store locations so they can be either shipped from the warehouse or from third party vendors.

Other key tasks are researching parts, compiling and maintaining databases with this information so they can be formatted into shareable documentation for others in the company to use.

As part of the warehouse team, additional responsibilities and tasks include general warehouse task such as stock counts, shipping and receiving as needed in support of the operation.

Primary work location is Santa Fe Springs, California.

**Pay Rate**:$19.50 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders from company stores and facilitate fulfilment.
- Researching and updating parts information and supplies from internal and external sources.
- Preparing and maintaining lists of vehicle specific and detailed general parts information providing detailed parts information, such as complete description, quantities and specifications.
- Preparing and updating parts catalogs, manuals, and related documentation.
- Releasing parts data and documentation to authorized departments and organizations after review with management.
- Conduct cycle counts of parts inventory.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in vehicle parts to provide up-to-date information to internal team.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and writing).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately manage and maintain part information, orders shipments and inventory.
- Ability to work effectively, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and (internal) customers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories, RV specific knowledge preferred.
- Previous experience in a vehicle or RV parts store or similar environment is preferred.
- Data entry experience in a vehicle maintenance/parts environment preferred.
- Ability to travel out-of-state for work if needed.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
