Warehouse Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship with accuracy.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products. Pick, unload, label, and store with care.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits. 
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization. 
  • Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors. 
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. 
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. 
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. 
  • Work as an active team member to achieve our shared goals. 

Warehouse Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job: bending, lifting heavy equipment, and maneuvering in confined spaces.
  • License or certification, as required by the state, to operate heavy machinery.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer proficient.
  • A willingness to learn.
