**Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Management**: Manage multiple projects at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation to implementation), focusing on time management and efficiency. Drive scope and requirements gathering, option analysis, and execution. Lead projects, ensuring project scope is identified, project objectives are met, details are applied.
- ** Coordination**:Coordinate project management resources, involve all departments and business initiatives.
- ** Documentation**:Document all processes and procedures of a project, as it starts and through its completion. Provide valuable information and insights to applicable stakeholders.
- ** Audit**: Regularly audit and assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and processes. This involves conducting periodic reviews, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to ensure the continuous improvement initiatives are achieving the desired outcomes.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education/Training

Degree: Bachelor’s degree and/or additional certification(s) are preferred in the fields of Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Must hold CAPM or PMP or be able to obtain it within 3-6 months of start date.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in data analytics; at least 2 years managing a team. **You are required to obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.**

Basic Functions

The Project Portfolio Manager is an analytical problem solver, with a flexible mindset, open to new ideas and capable of building strong relationships while driving the team to the end goal. Strong collaboration skills are a must. The PPM is able to see projects through to completion with mínimal oversight while utilizing project management tools and resources to ensure consistency throughout ongoing projects corporate wide.

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the Project Portfolio Manager’s efficacy and successfulness is productivity with task completion rates to projected timeline of a project. Success will be measured with completion rates to projected timeline with 90% accuracy.
