**What you bring to SBHG** (Qualifications)**:

- Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
- And
- **Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting.**:

- California Registered Intern Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or California Registered Intern Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- OR
- **Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).**:

- Valid California Driver’s License.
- First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross.

**How you will make a difference** (Job Overview):
This position has primary responsibility for oversight of mental health services, case management services, and client support services to the children, adults and their families who are enrolled in the Central Star Crisis Residential Treatment Facility and Crisis Residential Unit Program, The Clinical Supervisor reports to and collaborates with the Program Manager who has oversight of these programs. The Clinical Supervisor supervises Mental Health Specialists providing mental health services (including assessment and evaluation). The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. This role acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff.

**Division/Program Overview**:

- 16-bed facilities
- Designed for adults with mental health challenges or a recent crisis who need intensive treatment.
- 24/7 programs as an alternative to urgent care or hospitalization.
- Individuals can live on-site in a homelike setting for a short term while they receive counseling and learn basic living and interpersonal skills.
- Able to receive physical and psychological evaluation, mental health, and case management services, in addition to assistance locating permanent housing.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
