Resident Leasing Services Coordinator

We have served the area for over 38 years, we are growing, and we are looking for a Resident Leasing Services Coordinator that is seeking a fast-paced business operation that values hard work and honesty. **Principle Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Resident Leasing Services Coordinator ($19-$21/hr based on experience)
- Establish and maintain a positive rapport with residents and clients.
- Answer incoming phone calls from residents, owners, or vendors; provide first level support to resolve needs.
- Maintain the tenant key area, providing keys to Maintenance Technicians and Leasing Agents as needed.
- Support the needs of any office walk-in customers.
- Support office operation, manage information within Appfolio, perform special projects to improve how the office functions.
- Create work orders based upon resident request.
- Coordinate Freedom House daily activities and scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle
- Pass Background Check; Pass Drug Test
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
