**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Responsible for managing Transportation & Groups. Hires, trains, and supervises employees. Manages scheduling of all bus routes, line runs, and time shares.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dispatch bus drivers and assign substitute drivers as needed for the purpose of ensuring that all routes are covered for the transportation of customers.
- Maintain documents files and records (route changes, routing procedures, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
- Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
- Plan, organize, delegate, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
- Serve as contact person for all workers within assigned routes.
- Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
- Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members.
- Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
- Monitor activities of companies performing repairs and maintenance to equipment and vehicles.
- Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
- Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers and monitor contract fulfillment.
- Set operations policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods.
- Maintain calendars for all upcoming scheduled groups.
- Create and organize spreadsheets for upcoming scheduled groups for the sales team.
- Data input for groups into the system.
- Create players’ club cards and prepare group packets prior to guests’ arrival.
- Assist with group check-in upon arrival.
- Reconcile groups once sailed.
- Order group buses for upcoming charters.
- Maintain reports for daily group counts, and upcoming events.

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
- Attention to detail and high organization skills a must.
- College degree or combination of experience in a logistics or transportation field preferred.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
- 26 years old preferred with a clean driving record.
