Matrix Care Services, LLC is seeking an Intake Coordinator/ Scheduler to join our Encino office. The Intake Coordinator/ Scheduler is responsible for the admission process for all new clients and ensures the availability of reimbursement for services. They also identify the care giving staff adequate to deliver care for clients; and manage the scheduling of care givers for all clients visits within detailed task and visit frequency requirements.

Intake Coordinator/ Scheduler Responsibilities:

- Schedules care for clients in the home setting
- Communicates effectively with caregivers for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs.
- Enter new client records in the system (**Wellsky Personal Care**) ensuring accuracy of all client demographic information and needs.
- Performs eligibility/insurance verification.
- Coordinates with the Supervisor, Billing Manager to ensure required information is obtained for patient records.
- Performs general office duties including but not limited to data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, sorting/distributing mail, providing reception and telephone service.

Intake Coordinator/ Scheduler Qualification:

- Bilingual (preferred)
- **Home Care office intake experience is a must not preferred.**:

- Superior multitasking ability.
- Medical Terminology familiarity
- Tech savvy
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time to full-Time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
