Tiny Pies is searching for a motivated and creative **Social Media Specialist** to join our highly respected team in the Austin area. In this position, you will play an essential role in enhancing our brand awareness and customer engagement to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

**Essential functions include but are not limited to**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Tiny Pies brand, vision, and values
- Monitoring Tiny Pies’ social media accounts
- Creating engaging daily content to showcase the Tiny Pies brand
- Develop marketing materials
- Collaborate with the Tiny Pies teams to support marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns and strategies

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience in similar marketing or social media roles preferred
- Ability to travel for occasional business events
- Texas driver’s license and valid insurance
