- Select and mix paint colors to ensure consistency and match existing surfaces.
- Address minor repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to tackle more complex repairs.
- Safely operate and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery relevant to painting and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and painting projects.
- Document paint colors and materials used for future reference.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other staff regarding maintenance and painting projects.
- Develop and adhere to schedules for routine maintenance, painting projects, and repairs.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of time.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance and painting.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards.
