Your mission will be to welcome new clients with open arms, swiftly handle inquiries, and oversee the meticulous planning and execution of event orders. **Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome and orient new clients, leveraging every tool at your disposal.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Actively participate in event planning, from updates to execution.
- Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams on event specifics like floorplans and menus.
- Serve as the operations team's point person for your events.
- Lead both bridal and corporate events, guaranteeing service delivery as promised.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- You must have event sales experience.
- You should be comfortable prospecting for business. We are looking for hustle and a great attitude.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred, setting a solid foundation for success in this role.
- A track record of success in event planning, sales, or catering services, demonstrating your ability to navigate the industry with expertise.
- Experience working with distinguished clientele, including C-level executives, business owners, and professionals, offering a competitive edge in understanding and meeting their unique needs.
- A history of long-term employment relationships, reflecting reliability and commitment to your roles.
