**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable**: Manage the accounts payable process, including processing invoices, verifying transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and issuing payments in a timely manner.

**Vendor Relations**: Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and any inquiries or issues that arise.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.

**Data Entry**: Input and update financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Administrative and/or Executive assistant experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and team members.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
