Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:
1 year of telephone and computer experience is preferred but not a Must.
Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, helping with the caller's needs, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals. You will also be receiving and screening visitors at the front desk and contacting the person they wish to see. Helping with clerical type tasks when telephones are not busy will also be part of this job.
Job is a full-time, 40 hour a week, Monday to Friday position. Remote is not an option.
Good Attendance and Punctuality a Must. Bi-Lingual is also a plus but not a necessity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the company calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Provide general office support to staff as needed
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
**Skills**:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and operating phone systems
- Experience in front desk or customer support roles preferred
- Excellent organizational skills for office management tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
