**Position Overview**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- Preferred 3+ working experience in a marketing capacity (offline, digital, and analytical marketing roles)
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM, marketing software, ideally experience with both
- A deep interest in automation as it pertains to improving efficiency for our operation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in metrics-focused, data-driven decision making
- Creative and strategic “entrepreneurial” thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and methodical
- Self-motivated and proactive

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the management team.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential operations initiatives in Hubspot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Manage external partnerships with vendors where appropriate
- Manage internal communications for marketing promotions and company newsletters
- Assist with marketing tasks, including database and prospect list management, and list cleaning

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary from $100,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
