Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Email Marketing & Automation Manager role will be agile and have a passion for data, metrics, reporting, problem solving, marketing and email. This person should understand, or have a good working foundation of sales processes, operations, automation, email campaigns and marketing campaigns. In this role, applicants should be comfortable overseeing the email and SMS programs for both new business generation and retention/re-marketing efforts. Applicants should be prepared to learn our sales and operations processes as well as our CRM, creating and managing Automations & Workflows, Marketing Software, Email Campaigns, and will oversee new and existing integrations. Along with analyzing existing data and building out and streamlining existing processes for the sales and operations teams, this role will be responsible for managing campaign efforts for any new directives or initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• Preferred 3+ working experience in a marketing capacity (offline, digital, and analytical marketing roles)
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience with Hubspot CRM or similar CRM, marketing software, ideally experience with both
• A deep interest in automation as it pertains to improving efficiency for our operation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in metrics-focused, data-driven decision making
• Creative and strategic “entrepreneurial” thinker with exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organized and methodical
• Self-motivated and proactive

Responsibilities:

• Build, automate, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive new and repeat business clients to our companies.
• Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
• Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the management team.
• Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
• Support essential operations initiatives in Hubspot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
• Manage external partnerships with vendors where appropriate
• Manage internal communications for marketing promotions and company newsletters
• Assist with marketing tasks, including database and prospect list management, and list cleaning
• Collaborate with members of the sales team to craft email marketing campaigns to promote marketing initiatives
• Maintain customer satisfaction surveys/email tools and report on data collected

Compensation:

• Base Salary from $100,000
• Uncapped Commissions
• Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
