**Responsibilities**
- Joining a group of 2 physicians and 1 APP.
- 16-20 clinic patients per day
- Population mix - Mostly medicare but younger population as well.
- Mostly outpatient. Some inpatient rounding.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5, possible rounding from 8-9 clinic starting at 9. May participate in a shared call schedule.
- Procedures: Botox injections, Joint injections, other applicable pain preventative procedures.
- Call to be determined among APP's.

**Qualifications**Graduate of an accredited program- Board Certified Advanced Practitioner- 2+ years experience in Neurosurgery/Neurology- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal/written communication abilities- Must demonstrate effective task prioritization skills and independent problem solving abilities- Valid DEA registration- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider- PREFERRED: American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

**Pay Range**
$55.14 - $65.50 /hour
