**Do you have a passion for bread and a desire to learn from the best?**

We're seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Bread Baker. In this role, you'll work alongside our Head Baker to create unique and delicious sourdough breads using classic techniques and traditional fermentation methods.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist in all aspects of bread production, from weighing and mixing ingredients to shaping, proofing, and baking
- Learn the art of sourdough fermentation and care for our sourdough starter
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Package and label finished breads
- Help with the sourcing and milling of our regional grains

**What We're Looking For**:

- A passion for baking and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and a desire to be part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

**Bonus points for**:

- Prior experience in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of sourdough bread baking
- Experience with milling grains
