Job Overview:

, you will be responsible for food preparation, pastry and cake decorating, and ensuring food safety and quality. If you have a love for creating delicious treats and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep trays of bagels for the baker to cook.
- Organize wholesale orders and add to prep.
- Assist Baker with taking care of bagel deliveries.
- Fill in if needed to bake the bagels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow guidelines set forth by the kitchen manager regarding baking requirements and bagel appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food handling, pastry, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and slicing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
