**Summary of Opportunity**:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our attorneys, diving deep into diverse employment litigation challenges. Your role is not just supportive; you are at the very heart of our strategic approach, navigating case files and processes through every twist and turn of litigation.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Draft federal complaints for filing in federal court
- Draft and answer discovery requests for litigation matters
- Docketing through the Firm’s docketing software
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Compile, review, and analyze documents as required by attorneys specific to case issues and determine necessary information
- Perform research (factual, legal, internet, and other) to identify issues and relevant matters; prepare a compilation of findings
- Draft motions and notices to be filed
- To be proactive on matters and require mínimal training
- Assist with the preparation of court filings including, but not limited to, cite and fact-checking legal briefs and assembling of exhibits and appendices
- Communicate, correspond, and interact with clients and outside entities, such as government entities, expert witnesses, vendors, corporations, and other law firms to gather information or data
- Serve as a factual resource on cases and demonstrate knowledge of case documents
