Laboratory Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

• Perform phlebotomy procedures on adult and pediatric patients, utilizing aseptic protocols and accurate patient identification.
• Monitor collection supply inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Receive patients professionally and courteously, utilizing AIDET and positive patient experience tools.
• Process and prepare specimens for reference lab transportation, storage, and retrieval.
• Maintain a clean patient and working environment.

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for phlebotomy certification exam preferred.
• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school coupled with work experience in a healthcare field preferred.
