Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Check-in and check-out clients
- Maintain accurate records in the practice management software
- Assist with animal handling and restraint when necessary
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in animal care techniques including handling, grooming, and restraint
- Familiarity with animal catheterization is advantageous
- Dog training or handling experience is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
