Property Manager

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of properties
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including lease agreements and security deposits
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and maintain positive relationships
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants when appropriate

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with facilities management and maintenance processes
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping

This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants. The Property Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining positive tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and managing administrative tasks. Pay: $19.16 - $23.07 per hour
