Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and performing financial duties. Duties: - Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately - Check in late-arriving guests and handle guest requests during the night - Manage reservations and cancellations - Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Process end-of-day reports and close out financial transactions - Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift Skills: Required Skills: - Experience in night audit procedures within a hotel setting - Strong communication skills and fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Knowledge of hospitality management practices and exceptional customer service skills Nice-to-Have Skills: - Background in hotel or hospitality management - Familiarity with front desk operations, guest relations, and guest services This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gain valuable experience in hotel operations, and contribute to ensuring a positive guest experience.
