Construction Laborer/painter

HelloHome is seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer/painter to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing a range of tasks to support the overall construction process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. We do essentially everything other than electrical and plumbing. Our main focus is interior remodeling but we do exterior things as well. As a plus, we also offer cleaning services to our clients so there is always year round work.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- various aspects of remodeling like finish carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. We do it all excpet plumbing & electrical.
- Assist with the installation of construction components such as pipes, beams, and rebar
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- must have a license and a vehicle

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
