The Information Technology Generalist/Specialist is responsible for implementing and/or managing complex systems and solutions via integration on a broad spectrum of individual hardware and software technologies. This position performs administrative and technical procedures on information systems, complete user support and maintains documentation. This role is involved in daily troubleshooting of technology issues and interacting with the user community as well as other team members within the organization. This position requires 25% travel for multiple plants and warehouses in NJ and NY.
- Provide Network Tech Support for 4 Manufacturing Plants and 6 Warehouses.
- Provide Tech support for over 150+ users and related hardware/software issues in timely matter utilizing a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Manage relationships, and act as an escalation point to ensure SLAs are met, with 3rd Party MSP vendor(s).
- Monitor desktops for any hardware and/or software failures and work to resolve those failures
- (SAM) Software Asset management. Will be responsible for management of Microsoft Licenses software products/subscriptions and prepare reports for audits as needed.
- Maintenance of hardware and software inventories.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, patch and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals, including mobile devices.
- Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups for new employees and termed employees
- New User Equipment buildouts
- Participate in new site network buildouts, ISP, Firewalls, Switches, Printers, and user equipment where needed.
- Manage Network Security and all equipment attached to EDUSA’s Network including Plant equipment.
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Provide training to users on new equipment/software installed.
- Support Tablets throughout the plants
- Responsible for Daily Backups
- Maintain VAI accounts and user tickets
- Administration of various enterprise systems:

- IBM iSeries Security password management
- ERP VAI S2k Security Menu System
- Microsoft Office 365 (Office Software, SharePoint, Teams)
- Microsoft Teams VOIP Telephone system and equipment
- Brivo Security System and tablets associated with software
- Domain Controllers, File Share Servers and Print Servers
- Multiple Security Camera Systems

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint
- Experience in quantum engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications in IT or quantum engineering would be a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
