Our tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday. We typically schedule 10-12 hours per week, including some weekday evenings for corporate events.

Scheduling requirements:

- Regular schedule on Wednesday -Thursday
- Ability to work periodic weekends or onsite events with advanced notice

Physical requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and stand/walk for extended periods

Position requirements:

- Two or more years of experience in winery or restaurant wine sales (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of California wine regions, especially wines relevant to Keller Estate like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
- A passion for wine and hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Register/POS systems
- TIPS Certification

Pay rate:

- $20-21/hour, based on experience
- Sales incentives based on club signups and quarterly sales goals
