**Assistant Project Manager**

ATI has a current need for a full-time Assistant Project Manager on a facility operation support services contract at a Federal law enforcement training facility in Clinton, MD. Facility consists of multiple administrative, training, and support structures spread over a 300+ acre campus. Infrastructure and assets include indoor firing ranges and associated target, bullet trap, and ventilation systems; building structural components such as roofing and flooring; real property installed equipment such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, conveyance, and life safety systems; HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and roof top units; and fuel systems including storage tanks.

**Position Duties**:

- Developing and maintaining infrastructure improvement and maintenance plans;
- Performing facility inspections to provide comprehensive facility condition assessments;
- Overseeing completion of complex infrastructure or asset repair/replacement projects with in-house staff or subcontractors;
- Planning work activities, developing budgets, and expending funds within established limits to meet maintenance goals;
- Supervising the work of skilled trades and general maintenance workers;
- Reviewing and approving subcontractor proposals; and
- Overseeing the quality of services and products provided.
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible general experience gained in analytical decision-making and administrative work and activities;
- Five (5) years (within the last 10 years) of specialized experience at the Project/Assistant Project Management level directly related to the support services of the types specified in the description above;
- Ability to secure a Government clearance in a timely manner - requires a CLEAN background history;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
- High level of professionalism for client interaction.
