Scrum master

•7-10+ years of ProgramManagement experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs)
•Experience managingprojects from requirements gathering and design, development across multipleScrum Teams, preparation and execution of Testing, go live preparation andtransition to support activities
•Drive projectexecution by monitoring project status, gathering stakeholder responses andneeds, monitoring project scope and progress to plan
•Must be a quicklearner who can connect the dots
•Personality andpresence to interact effectively with team members through executive-levelstakeholders
•Program/Project managementexperience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall
•Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule,cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues
•Ability to multi-taskbetween concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly tochanging priorities, assignments, and roles
•Able to work well underpressure in a fast-paced environment
•Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated withability to work well in teams and cross-departments
•Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel andPowerPoint (Workfront experience is a plus)
