Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency as well as bookkeeping & payrolls activities (Quickbooks Online). Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including but not limited to: filing, data entry, and record keeping - Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciling bank statements - Bookkeeping & Payrolls Services - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members - Provide administrative support as required Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts - Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision Note: This is a paid position.
Pay: $20.53 - $25.81 per hour
