This job supports our Franchise Support Manager in mentoring several franchisees on how to be successful in achieving and exceeding their budgeted goals. The main function of this position encompasses quality support to help our franchisees achieve success by meeting & exceeding their budgeted goals. Over time you will understand all key areas of their business (KPI's) as well as provide input, support, and encouragement. **A DAY IN THE LIFE**

In this Franchise Support Coach position, you provide coaching for a portfolio of Franchise Organizations through monthly accountability calls. Covering all areas of the business, including sales, production, leadership, financial planning & cash flow, meeting formats, vision development, and major KPIs, you maintain a consistent schedule to attend each call. During calls, you provide brand awareness and encourage our members to understand their profit potential. You also assist with planning, coordinating, and creating content for The Brothers Gutters' annual conference, workshops, webinars, and other company events.

You perform deep financial dives with CEOs, identify the root of any problems, and coach to improve performance through company processes. You conduct Quarterly Reviews and build a 90-Day Plan with each Franchisee while encouraging interaction with other members and participation in peer group calls. Using effective coaching strategies, you ensure recruiting bench development is in place, and the company is actively working on an internal growth and succession plan. As an influential leader, you effectively guide and help the franchisees achieve their goals while being their biggest cheerleader

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY-LEVEL FRANCHISE COACH / GUTTER INSTALLATION & REPAIR**
- Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, QuickBooks, etc. and able to learn a new CRM system
- Able to analyze a financial spreadsheet, P&L, and balance sheets
- Familiar with a variety of field operation concepts, practices, financial health, and procedures
- 2-5 years of experience as a proven coach or consultant, with an emphasis in franchise operations

**Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Markets, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or related field preferred** Do you have strong problem-solving and communication skills?
