- We are looking for a highly organized and energized event specialist to support our event initiatives and participate in the meticulous planning and execution of a wide range of events globally. As an event specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of the event. - Assist in planning and coordinating events, including liaising with vendors, managing attendee lists, creating event timelines, and ensuring that all details are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the management of event budgets, submit payments, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Help in the creation and distribution of promotional material for events.
- Support with scheduling meetings and meeting notes.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and on schedule.
- Handle logístical elements of events, including shipping, procurement, giveaways, venue selection, catering, entertainment, décor, audio visual, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage on-site event registration and provide excellent customer experience to attendees.
- Support in post-event analysis and reporting to measure the success of each event. Support the management of event items, including event shirts, supplies, promotional items, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in event planning and coordination, ideally in the high-tech industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration software and digital tools, like Cvent, Wrike, Marketo and Adobe AEM.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as events demand.
- Some travel required.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
- The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $106,000-$160,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
