**PrimeHealth Urgent Care offers urgent care services that include FLU testing, abscess treatment, COVID testing, injury treatment and so much more**.
As a X-Ray Tech/ BMO you will be responsible for performing X-rays and delivering quality patient care. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all duties accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Interview patients and document basic medical history
- Perform x-rays within scope of practice
- Patient shielding and ALARA standards
- Maintain equipment and verify conditions of network and x-ray server
- Arrange laboratory services
- Update patient charts
- Assist during medical examinations
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Cross-train with front desk medical receptionist duties as needed
**Skills**
- Proven working experience as an X-ray tech and direct patient care
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- ARRT or BMO certification **REQUIRED**
