Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscape crew members installing landscape designs (patio installs, lawn installs, plantings and etc.)
- Plan, build, and maintain landscapes according to design specifications.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate updates to clients and management as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hardscape installation,
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team of landscapers.
- Ability to build and maintain landscapes with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
