**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in dental office software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and medical scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with medical records management in a dental or medical office setting
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
