**DUTIES**:

- Perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
- Adhere to housekeeping management guidelines to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and meet cleaning deadlines.
- Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Uphold industrial cleaning practices to maintain a hygienic environment for guests.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required by operational needs.
