WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
1. Enrolls guest in the Penn Play rewards program. Issues replacement Penn Play cards.

2. Assists guests in navigating steps for app download, registration, and wallet funding.

3. Explains the benefits and issuance of the Penn Play rewards program and any marketing promotions.

4. Assists in daily operations of the bus program, including greeting, accurate tracking of passengers, and invoicing.

6. Responds to both internal and external guest communication.

7. Communicates any maintenance needs of office/IT equipment and ensures the completion of any maintenance. (Including but not limited to printers, kiosks, embossers, and computers.)

8. Attends meetings and relays pertinent information to the Bus Marketing administrator

- Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
- Ability to compose, type, route, and file correspondence, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with external guests and all levels of employees.
- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including player-tracking system, AS/400, K-Man, computer, multi-line telephone, etc.
- Ability to review and comprehend player tracking screens, reports, and all other necessary information and documentation.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of and ability to operate both Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Independently initiates, follows up on, and completes assignments as well as special projects.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
- Sound interpersonal judgment and decision-making skills in coordinating administrative tasks, using discretion when necessary, and understanding the potential impact on the department.
- Demonstrated ability to make immediate decisions in order to determine Player’s Club qualifications and admission
- Understanding of property and department policies and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of the player-tracking system(s) and comprehension of actual and theoretical player value.
- These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or equivalent and with at least one year of experience in an administrative field.
