**RETAIL PRICING COORDINATOR**

REPORTS TO: STORE SUPPORT MERCHANDISE MANAGER

STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

This position will be responsible for entering all retail price increases, promotions, and markdowns. They will need to be efficient in excel and be adaptable in their daily routine. This position will coordinate across multiple departments ensuring prices are streamlined and consistent in media, signage, and what is entered in the system.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Entering Promotions and deals into our database
- Partner with the buyers to schedule and manage retail price increases
- Partner with store operations to manage the store calendar
- Coordinate upcoming promotions between marketing & buyers to determine prices are entered listed in mailers correctly.
- Audit prices in the system to ensure they are correct and intentionally entered
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team by auditing price signage
- Audit pricing listed in the in-home mailers for accuracy prior to print
- Assist the assistant buyers in entering markdowns for stores and ecommerce
- Follow up with the stores and assist when products are not ringing up correctly
- Report on upcoming price changes for the field team upon request
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of merchandise retail experience
- Communication skills to articulate merchandise follow up's verbally and in writing
- Influence and collaborate with multiple departments to effectively communicate and execute communication ideas
- Be flexible and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word and Excel

PAY RANGE: $23.00 - $25.00/ hr.*

**Physical Demands**
