- Responsibilities- Process new hire training paperwork and ensure compliance (19-A) for all new hires and incumbents.
- Assist in coordinating workload with scheduling Trainers.
- Conduct classroom, behind-the-wheel training and physical performance test
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Requirements
- Must possess at a minimum a clean NYS CDL B license with P & S endorsements.- Two years experience driving a school bus, with at least one year in a class B vehicle.
- Must possess at the minimum either a High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, along with strong MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc,).
- Prior training experience a plus.
- 19-A Certified Examiner and School Bus Driver instructor preferred. If not already held, will be required to obtain both certificates within three years- Salary: $62,400.00
