Freight Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and supervise daily operational activities including routing and loading freight
- Monitoring overall dock performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees
- Ensure a safe work environment that remains compliant with state and federal regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

- Thorough understanding of the LTL trucking industry
- Prior management, dispatch and dock experience required in hte LTL trucking industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and industry regulations
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and be detail orientated
- Strong leadership skills including training and mentoring of employees

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
