Statutory Analyst Support Team Member

Assist in the support of the daily workflow and operations of the Underwriting Services Team to ensure quality and timely compliance within established service promises.

**Essential Functions**:

- Review state regulations, policy provisions, and company guidelines to process accurate notices of non-renewal and conditional renewal at the request of our underwriting department.
- Handle customer inquiries and service issues professionally and within company established standards.

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Update status of policies in issuance systems as applicable.
- Review and distribute incoming Underwriting Services Team mail to appropriate Statutory Analyst within service promise.
- Perform any miscellaneous tasks and projects as delegated.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
**Education**: **Bachelors degree or High School diploma with some business experience.

**Specific Skills**:**
- Strong organization, verbal and written skills.
- Detail oriented; able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Proficient keyboard skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
