Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Process customer transactions promptly and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain adequate cash levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Follow security procedures to protect the bank's assets.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills.
- Experience in cash handling and 10-key typing.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of financial sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
