**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operates and maintains multiple thermoforming lines, with ability to run all lines/packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoots and repairs lines to ensure mínimal down time.
- Ensures production records are maintained in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Ensures quality requirements are met including perfect case audit, docket info, ZR verification, visual inspection.
- Trains newer employees in line operation and paperwork.

**Qualifactions**:

- Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to stand on your feet and work for an entire 12-hour shift.
- Must be able to climb stairs and work in an environment with high temperatures.
- May be required to obtain forklift certification

Qualifications:
Located 16 miles south west of Chicago, Bedford Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois. The population was 580 at the 2010 census. Bedford Park consists of a small residential area and vast amounts of heavy industry sprawling to the east and a small amount to the west.

The plant was built in 1987, manufactures portion cups lids, coffee lids, and cold cup lids, and has approximately 250 employees.
