Operations Manager - LAX
**_ Starting Salary $70,000_**
- Trains agents, disciplines, and documents employee performance. Provides direction for employees through appropriate communication. Issues disciplinary action and makes a corrective action plan to assist employee in altering their behavior. Commends employees for outstanding achievement. Establishes the scheduling requirements for employees/agents under their supervision. Makes assignments to assure that positions are covered and that the Client is being services in accordance with their needs. Responsible for placing staff due to call offs and time off requested.
-Greets employees and assists them in providing level of Customer Service to clients, passengers, and other employees.
- Acts as a safety monitor in their area to make sure that employees are using proper lifting techniques and that all safety regulations are being Assesses equipment and building maintenance needs and repo11s findings for repair or replacement.
- Tours operation on a regular and consistent Must be accessible to clients, managers, and employees.
- Keeps accurate payroll records of employee
- Prepares reports, investigates, response to questions and provides
- Follows all safety Observes and repo11s any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to proper authority.
- May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Generals Manager's needs or airline activity.

**Summary of Duties**:
Oversees the daily operation of the terminal or areas of responsibility. Establishes schedules and assignments. Is responsible for coaching, development and evaluates employees. Provides required, identified training, and keeps agents informed of changes in procedure, hours or operation, or upcoming requirements. Plays an active role in overall safety program and assures operations are perfon11ed in accordance with established safety practices. Maintains accurate Payroll and attendance records for payroll. Engages with customers and stakeholder daily to ensure service satisfaction.
